It's always nice to know other Ipswich estate agents value the extra work you put in to show a house off at it's best...
...but normally it's best to ask first before you steal.
When I first saw this new property from Palmer and Partners on Rightmove today I was pleased to see another agent realising the extra work in creating floorplans was well worth the extra effort. But on closer inspection it became clear these are floorplans we created!

Mr Palmer, we'd have happily let you have them for £25 if you'd just asked us. Instead the issue is now with Trading Standards.
If you want to give your clients' properties a little extra marketing edge you can buy your own floorplan software from TheMobileAgent. I think it's less than £500 and really easy to use. The really big benefit is your clients will appreciate you making their house stand out against the competition.

Good evening. Could you imagine how horrible things would be if we always told others how we felt? Life would be intolerably bearable. Help me! Help to find sites on the: Vehicle refinancing.
